“It’s all good”!

We are happy to report great fishing top to bottom on all our waters!  This time of year, is super fun to fish because of the variety of insects you and the fish have to choose from.  These fish are feeding hard but what do they want today?  The Caddis are popping, PMDs are hatching, and we are coming into stonefly season.  There is A LOT of food coming down our tailwaters right now!

Fremont Canyon:  Flow 1,391 CFS.  The Canyon is clear and high.  Leeches are taking fish, the “Leech and Chong” in rust and olive as well as the Majerus Sparkle leech in Natural and Black.  Mayhems in PMD, BWO and Purple.  Rocky MTN Caddis in tan and rust If you see fish rising target them with a small dry/dropper rig. My favorite is a purple Adams size 18 with an 18 mayhem dropper tied off it.
