Flows are currently steady right around 500 CFS. Overall the river is fishing well and the fish are starting to look up more consistently. Nymphing is still your most consistent play. We’re using RS2s, Macgrubers, purple hot head Annies, jelly eggs, and Darth baetis. It’s not lights out dry fly season yet, but we’re getting some windows of opportunity. Try a foam run caddis, parachute Adams or a BWO. Stay ready as it can turn on quick and shut off just as fast. The streamer game is decent too. Low light = your friend. Early mornings or late evenings try olive or black patterns. Use slow strips, and swing ’em through structure.
